All.Can Canada is an initiative of Save Your Skin Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation (Charitable Reg. #857756589R). For membership administration and support: All.Can Canada has legitimate interests in the processing of personal data of its individual members as well as of the contact persons at All.Can Canada’s member organisations for the purpose of administering the membership and offering membership services.

For contract management purposes: All.Can Canada has legitimate interests in the processing of personal data of member representatives to collect membership fees, as well as those of representatives and contact persons of entities and associations with which All.Can Canada conducts business (e.g. with respect to services agreements, consultancy agreements, research agreements, partnership agreements, procurement agreements).
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?
All.Can Canada will only keep personal data for the time that is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose(s) for which it was collected, e.g. for the duration of a contractual relationship or of a project, and for a period thereafter if so required by applicable law or if in the primary interests of the data subjects.

We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from All.Can Canada if your computer supports this type of program. All.Can Canada uses this confirmation to help us make emails more interesting and helpful and improve our website.

Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or websites to you. Unless we tell you differently, All.Can Canada’s agents do not have any right to use personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. The company also will use your email to send you updates when you receive a new friend request, and a All.Can Canada newsletter – however, you can opt out of all of these communications on your settings page.
Promotional Offers: As part of the website you may be exposed to offers on behalf of other businesses. However, when we do so, we do not give the other business your name and address.
