Patient Information Framework

We created this Patient Information Framework based on the findings from All.Can Canada’s Optimizing Entry into Canadian Cancer Care research. This framework aims to help Canadian cancer patient groups, healthcare providers, navigators, and others working with patients during a cancer diagnosis to anticipate patients' informational needs during a cancer diagnosis, and to customize it with specific information for different cancer types.
